What I love about this wedding is the simplicity in its design. The heritage of the building and the surrounding neighbourhood is what made this wedding an uber cool, urban indie party. The couple came to us with a brief of keeping it cool, understated and with an indie feel. The flowers were kept textural yet bright (nothing frilly or frou frou) in a range of natives and seasonal blooms. The addition of recycled glass decor, industrial festoon lighting and natural clothed table linen made this heritage inner city call come to life.

This stunning colour filled wedding in the styled ground of Hazelhurst Gallery Cafe was a delight to work on. Our couple wanted lots of colour, sparkle and fun and we certainly had pleasure in providing this for them Bright pops of pink, fuscia and berry tones in a mix of Dahlias, roses and seasonal blooms created the floral palette. The bride included her own elements of sparkle including her knock out dress with her maids dressed in super chic all white which we simply loved!

When I met the lovely Lisa I knew this wedding was going to be a creative fun filled adventure as we both shared similar ideas on style and design and her impeccable taste and eye for detail meant she would allow myself and the team execute a garden wedding like no other!

The breathtaking grounds of Oatlands House created the backdrop to die for. Surrounded by French style manicured gardens, we dressed the ballroom in an oasis of wild and romantic garden style flowers with the bridal table being the centre feature dressed in a 6 metre long fresh rose garden wall.

Lisa's mix of Blue Hydrangea, pastel roses and a mix of greens, the striking colour palette yet contemporary design make this my favourite to date!

A new feature to the blog, our 'Studio Sessions' is about creating gorgeous looks in our in-house studio so we can best showcase the crazy amount of ideas that rummage through our head daily! We aim to bring you fresh looks on a monthly basis (at the very least!) and will cover a range of styles and trends across styling and floristry.

To begin, being the winter months we designed this stunning boho inspired winter floral look with an abundant mix of blooms in peach, nude, burgundy and ivory tones and paired it with the golden colours of magnolia foliage (LOVE!!!). The mix of black decor and brass is something really different to what we are known for (white, white and more white) but I love the depth it creates and when paired with our cut glassware and linen stripe napkins it creates a truly 'luxe' feel.

A stunning countryside styled shoot with a team of industry creatives we just love working with. This bohemian dreamed shoot was held in the grounds and gardens of Merribee, just 90 minutes south of Sydney. We built the design around warm rustic tones, aztec prints and the layering of textures. The blooms were given a luxe feel with the layering of champagne, ivory and dusty pink field roses in the bouquets, with a mix of smoke bush and twiggy foliage on the tables.

Sherie and Troy engaged our team of wedding stylists and florists to create a classic pastel toned spring wedding. Complete with crystal ware and a mix of gold tones decor our team dressed the reception and ceremony locations with an abundant amout of pastel toned roses and blooms. The bouquets were super sweet made up of softly scented david austin roses and fresh grey gum.

From the get go Emma and Vache allowed Blessed Days complete control in creating this indoor manicured garden themed wedding! Overhead roof hedging complete with pendant shades and met with contemporary Ghost chairs underneath to go with pure linen floor length cloths.

The theme, Green, White and very very cool. The dessert bar was fit for a King and stood as its own feature focal point in the room. The luxe finish of materials worked well against the raw and industrial nature of the venue.

Wedding styling by the beach with the most divine beaded gowns - could it get any better?! Well yes, with this boutique team of creatives and masters of their field to say I am in love with this shoot is a true understatement.

As a stylist I have always reverted back to mother nature for inspiration, the colour palette, the textures and the effortless cohesion between the two - she never gets it wrong! So to work on a shoot that was inspired by the ocean landscapes, the motion of the waves and the shades of the sun was one which made me feel most at home as a stylist.

Our look consisted of sheer ivory linen cloths, washed timber candlesticks, ceramic vases and sparkling crystal candlesticks to offset the rough textures of the rocky backdrop and to sparkle against the ocean waves. The overall feel was refreshing, minimal and balanced.

Jenny and Chau's Bendooley wedding was incredible. They chose to have our timber Garden Arbour frame their intimate, outdoor ceremony before heading into the book barn with ivory dressed chandeleir rings and complete custom styling for their tables. Jenny looked stunning even though her, her new husband and the incredible James Day walked through mud, climbed fences, ducked under trees, and stood in the freezing air to get these incredible shots. Karouna and Anneliese were married at one of our favourites, Milton Park in Bowral, under our French Garden arch dressed in ivory blooms and a foilage mix.

Captured beautifully by our friends Mark and Kara Photography, these two had our custom white seating board welcoming their guests to a garden ceremony with our rustic wooden benches. We couldn't have been happier with Anneliese's beautiful rose bouquet and the white roses in the button holes, on the cake and scattering the reception.

We LOVED styling their reception with the huge green garland with white full head roses over the bridal table, the chillout furniture area, and our full stationary package.
